Technical Writer

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related with at least 1 year of experience.

Strong knowledge in SDLC concept.

Strong working knowledge of Word Processing, MS Visio, Flowchart, UI application, Project management application.

As a self-motivated team player, you have strong follow-through and organization skills with an eye for details and work independently with minimum supervision.

Strong communication skills and able to perform in a demanding, changing and fast-paced environment.

Passion to expand current knowledge and learn new skills is a must.

Familiar with UML, BPMN, or BPEL is mandatory.

Familiar with ERD, FSD, BRD, and TSD.

Strong knowledge in tools Jira, Confluence.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
2. Organize and write supporting documents for products and services.
3. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
4. Monitor project progress and report on project status.
