Diagnose and resolve related issues from the user, including Application, Web Dashboard, etc. based on user descriptions.
Prepare troubleshooting documentation or Bug Fixing Document to direct supervisor.
Analyze and support Team Customer Experience related to user requests/complaints and provide suggestions to improve the system.
Handle daily tickets and user complaints from the Customer Experience Team.
Foster positive relationships and collaboration with both internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
Coordinate with the Infra Team in managing the Core System Application Server for any cases related to the Infrastructure Team.
Report to the Direct Supervisor and summarize the total issues solved or not solved every day.
Coordinate with Team Project or Team Product for any cases needing improvement from the product side or our platform.
