Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Supervision Manager located in Denpasar. The Technical Supervision Manager will be responsible for supervisory tasks, analytical assessments, communication with stakeholders, providing technical support, and managing the team's activities.

Requirements

1. Minimal 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
2. Availability of realized objects of private residential lux class and hotel buildings.
3. Deep knowledge in the organization of construction works: preliminaries, excavation, concrete works, MEP, finishing works.
4. Experienced user in the software packages AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit.
5. Knowledge of the construction and finishing materials market.
6. Management skills.
7. High communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Control of the implementation of construction works on the sites from the Customer.
2. Identification and organization of solutions to problems encountered by contractors during the work process.
3. Management of a group of site supervisors from the Customer.
4. Informing the head of the department on technical problems that arise during the construction process, monitoring the implementation of technical solutions agreed by the head.
5. Formation of work plans and operational schedules for work on sites with contractors and monitoring their compliance.
6. Quality control of the work performed by the contractor.
7. Checking and closing the construction volumes of contractors, approval with head of department.
8. Monitoring compliance with construction technologies, including the integration of new technologies based on technological maps and checklists created by the head of the department.
9. Control of timely supplies of materials and equipment by the contractor.
10. Review of the design documentation of the planned construction projects together with the head of the department.
11. Review of the estimates costs, proposals, BOQ together with the head of the department.
12. Organization and participation in workshops with contractors on construction of facilities.
13. Accounting for the head of the Department for Construction of facilities– weekly, monthly.

Conditions

A competitive salary is discussed with the successful candidate. Salary accrued at the end of each month. Work schedule 5/2.
