6. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and target new business opportunities.
8. Providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

1. A relevant degree in Engineering & Manufacturing or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of colour design.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.
6. Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
