• Providing excellent technical service to customers.
• Leading and managing the colour design team.
• Developing and implementing strategies for improving customer service.
• Coordinating with various departments to achieve business objectives.
• Implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and target new business opportunities.
• Providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.

Profile

• A relevant degree in Engineering & Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of colour design.
• Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
