Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the paper manufacturing industry, particularly in East Java.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the paper-making process to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering technical expertise and ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with a global team to bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Drive sales growth and contribute to the company's success through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the mechanical industry, with a proven track record in technical sales.
• Extensive network and relationships within the pulp& paper manufacturing sector in East Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address client challenges with innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• A driven and goal-oriented personality, capable of working independently in a home-based setup.
