Technical Sales Executive (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively seek, evaluate, and establish new customer relationships.
• Identify business opportunities within the manufacturing and logistics sectors, building a strong pipeline of potential accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations and solutions effectively to customers and partners.
• Possess a solid understanding of various automation solutions and technical specifications.
• Develop technical proposals and relevant documentation for sales and project purposes.
• Expand existing client accounts and convert inbound leads into sales.
• Acquire, onboard, and successfully convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Customize and prepare sales materials to support new client acquisition.
• Maintain and manage daily communications and relationships with key clients.
• Track and update sales activities in the CRM system to align with weekly targets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or solution development within the IT, Industrial Automation, or Robotics sector.
• Proficiency in viewing and editing DWG files using AutoCAD.
• Strong ability to engage professionally and reliably with senior executives, both internally and externally.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written English.
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia.
• Comfortable with direct sales, including cold calling, email outreach, lead development, and prospect onboarding.
