Job description

Source new sales opportunities for the Indonesia market through calling, emails, and follow-up.

Responsible for revenue generation to achieve sales targets.

Identify, build, expand, and secure new business opportunities.

Conduct sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and prepare sales quotations with potential clients in Indonesia.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Qualification

Prefer Bahasa Indonesia and English speaking, bachelor's degree in civil engineering/architecture/structural/construction/land surveying or equivalent.

(1-2 years working experience for Junior Level; 3 years and above of working experience in AEC industry for Senior Level).

Some sales experience, including cold calls or walk-in visits.

Knowledge of technical design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, SolidWorks.

Possessing working experience as a drafter will be an added advantage.

Experience conducting technical training for the internal team will be an added advantage.

Aggressive, sales-oriented, self-starter; good planner, problem-solver, fast learner, multi-tasker, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Proficient and good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (speak and read).

Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

In the future, if work performance is outstanding, there may be a chance to transfer to Singapore, but there is no guarantee.

Possess own transport (can drive motorcycle and have own motorcycle).

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
