Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new building projects while expanding the company’s reach to potential clients within designated regions.
• Analyze and interpret customer requirements, engaging with clients to understand and anticipate their needs effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their technical and business requirements.
• Present and demonstrate how the company’s products or services best meet client needs in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, deliver product training, and ensure excellent after-sales service.
• Support marketing initiatives by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events.
• Conduct technical presentations to showcase how the company’s solutions align with client objectives.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Possession of a valid Driving License.
• A dynamic, proactive, and results-driven personality with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
