Technical Program Manager [Malang]

What will you do:

• Lead technical program planning and execution across multiple teams, departments, and functions
• Define program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Work with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to establish program requirements, goals, and milestones
• Drive technical vision, strategy, and program management discipline across the organization
• Monitor program progress and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks
• Communicate program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, executive leadership, and other teams
• Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in program management practices
• Manage and mentor a team of technical program managers
• Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of integrated management system: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (safety management system)
• Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of the information security management system: ISO 27001:2013

What are the requirements:

• Willing to work onsite at our Malang's office [full WFO]
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
• Ability to be involved in end-to-end software development and familiar with necessary technology needs
• Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Solid knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill and able to translate between business and technical terms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
