Structured Development Program for preparing fresh graduate students with technical and behavior development to achieve career acceleration in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Packaging Division. This program lasts for 20 months that will give you opportunity to become professional especially in Flexible Packaging Manufacturing.

General Requirements:

• Max age 23 years old.
• Candidate must be graduated from Diploma 3 (D3) Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Office and Web Browsing.
• Willing to be placed in all our unit plants (Jakarta, Tangerang, Purwakarta).
