We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence across our development teams and guide the evolution of our product suite. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor teams and deliver complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership
2. Architect and oversee the development of scalable solutions across server applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
3. Lead technical decision-making for both new features and system improvements.
4. Ensure technical consistency and quality across mobile and desktop applications.
5. Guide the implementation of custom solutions while maintaining system integrity.
6. Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
7. Lead and mentor internal development teams while coordinating with external vendors.
8. Foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
9. Oversee code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
10. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development.
11. Balance team resources across core feature development and customization projects.
12. Design and implement cloud-native solutions using GCP/AWS.
13. Optimize database design and SQL query performance.
14. Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
15. Architect solutions that accommodate extensive customization requirements.
16. Maintain technical documentation and architecture guidelines.

Required Qualifications

1. 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
2. Strong experience with server-side applications and API design.
3. Proven expertise in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and infrastructure management.
4. Extensive knowledge of SQL and database optimization.
5. Experience with mobile and desktop application architecture.
6. Strong background in B2B software development.
7. Track record of managing complex customization requirements.
8. Experience leading both internal teams and coordinating with external vendors.
