Team Leader (Project Management / Architect)

Job Purpose: Lead and manage Engineering Team in on-going projects

Responsibilities:

• Provide reports to the project owner and manage team while liaising with the government counterpart.
• Plan, coordinate, and control all activities and personnel involved to ensure satisfactory and timely completion of the services.
• Prepare implementation guidelines for data collection, design process, and final presentation of the whole services.
• Plan and implement all activities encompassing design structure and provide input to other experts related to the design services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Has a bachelor degree or higher-level education in Design Architectural or project management.
• Experienced in design consulting and/or related projects.
• Has strong organizational skills, communication (both verbal and written) to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
• Has good skills in leadership, problem solving, and decision making.
