Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Lending SME located in South Denpasar. The Team Leader Lending SME will be responsible for leading and managing the SME lending team, ensuring achievement of lending targets, and maintaining high-quality credit portfolio management. Duties include conducting market analysis, assessing creditworthiness, overseeing loan disbursements, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to deliver excellent financial services to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing creditworthiness and market analysis
• Experience in Finance, Financial Services, and Accounting
• Knowledge of Auditing practices and principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in South Denpasar
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking industry is a plus
