Team Leader Fundraiser

OmniRaise is a new Marketing and Fundraising Agency serving the Non-Government / charity sector and specializing in face-to-face & phone marketing. We work across South East Asia and East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia) with more markets to come over the next 12 – 18 months. Due to our rapid growth in the last 2 years, we need to expand our management team. We are looking for an experienced/hands-on Team Leader Fundraiser to join our Indonesia team.

You will have a strong, analytical, and creative mind-set, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, and be highly self-motivated. You will need to be comfortable and prepared to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment as a start-up culture. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of fundraisers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Develop strategies to increase fundraising performance.
• Engage with potential donors and represent our clients professionally.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and donor satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership.
• NGO background will be preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for making a difference.
