I. Job Responsibilities

1. Daily Live Streaming Operations & Management

  • Responsible for planning live streaming operations on TikTok and Shopee Live, including content planning, host scheduling, and live streaming script design.
  • Monitor live streaming performance data (traffic volume, CTR, CVR, GMV) and optimize conversion and user retention rates.
  • Develop live streaming operational strategies aligned with market trends and consumer behavior in Indonesia to enhance broadcast effectiveness.
  • Develop live streaming-specific marketing strategies tailored to company products, such as limited promotions, discounts, and prize draws to increase audience engagement and sales conversion.
  • Participate in planning major platform campaigns (such as twin dates and PayDay Sales) and manage live streaming schedules to maximize sales during events.
  • Analyze competitor live streaming strategies and optimize company live streaming marketing methods to stay competitive.

3. Live Streaming Host Management & Training

  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing local host teams to enhance their professionalism and sales capabilities.
  • Provide guidance to hosts on improving speaking techniques, product presentation, and pacing live streaming sessions to boost engagement and watch time.
  • Offer data-driven feedback to hosts for improvement and performance enhancement to ensure live streaming growth.

4. Live Streaming Traffic Growth & Team Collaboration

  • Monitor paid advertising effectiveness and coordinate with the advertising team to optimize ROI and drive targeted traffic to live streaming sessions.
  • Collaborate with the short video content team to create promotional videos that attract more users to live streaming sessions.

5. Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis

  • Track live streaming data daily, analyzing key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and sales to optimize live streaming strategies.
  • Regularly prepare live streaming evaluation reports, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop more effective operational strategies.
  • Utilize data to refine product selection strategies for live streaming, ensuring alignment with market demand and increasing GMV.

II. Qualifications

1. Language & Experience Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and adaptable in cross-cultural communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in live streaming operations, with knowledge of e-commerce live streaming models on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
  • Candidates with experience in TikTok live streaming, e-commerce operations, or social media marketing are preferred.

2. Live Streaming Operations Expertise

  • Understands live streaming operational models, including traffic growth strategies, sales conversion, and live streaming data optimization.
  • Capable of designing live streaming marketing strategies to increase engagement and GMV.
  • Experienced in managing live streaming hosts and able to provide guidance to enhance host performance and sales effectiveness.

3. Data Analysis Skills

  • Proficient in live streaming data analysis tools and able to optimize strategies based on data to improve live streaming ROI.
  • Data-sensitive, capable of analyzing user needs and optimizing product selection and live streaming content accordingly.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills and ability to coordinate with hosts, paid advertising teams, and short video content teams to maximize live streaming outcomes.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with strong execution and resilience under pressure, quickly adapting strategies to market changes.

5. Innovation & Market Sensitivity

  • Keeps up with the latest trends in e-commerce live streaming and can propose innovative methods for live streaming operations tailored to the Indonesian market.
  • Understands Indonesian consumer preferences and can develop live streaming content and promotional strategies suited to the local market.

Salary Range

Negotiable based on experience, with performance bonuses and additional incentives for target achievements.
