Responsible for managing and leading sales team by providing a strategic sales plan.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Presenting the benefits and features of the company's products or services to potential customers, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Monitoring the team's sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including campaign coordinator and community team, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
