Our subsidiary is seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our client's reputable daycare center. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the center's curriculum.
• Prepare the classroom for daily activities and ensure a stimulating learning environment.
• Teach early childhood subjects with creativity and enthusiasm, while also contributing to the administration and management of the center.
• Provide constructive feedback and prepare detailed daily and quarterly reports on each child's progress and activities.
• Plan and organize exciting yearly activities, including field trips, workshops, and special events such as Independence Day, Christmas, and Lebaran celebrations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pre-school Teacher or Assistant Pre-school Teacher in the Jakarta area.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• A warm, engaging personality with a genuine love for children and a patient, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to create a nurturing and comfortable environment for children, staff, and parents.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Creative, innovative, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum education: vocational education in early childhood.
