Teacher Coordinator & Teacher

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor degree or equivalent in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent international certifications).
• Preferably 1–3 years of teaching English as a foreign or second language.
• Experience teaching various age groups (children, teenagers, and adults) and proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
• Experience preparing students for standardized language exams like IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge tests is a plus.
• Excellent English writing, grammar and speaking (min. B2 CEFR Level).
• IELTS min. Band 5.5 (for Junior), Band 6.5 (for Middle) and Band 7.5 (for Senior).
• Competence with language teaching tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to incorporate multimedia and digital resources into lessons.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt lesson plans, activities, and teaching materials to align with the school’s curriculum.
• Assess students’ language abilities and provide individualised feedback and recommendations to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Classroom management to encourage active participation and foster a positive attitude.
• Conduct mock exams and provide targeted practice to enhance students’ confidence and performance.
• Participate in teacher training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about best practices in language education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, teaching strategies, and classroom insights.
• Offer additional support to students struggling with specific language skills.
• Build rapport with students to foster trust and motivation in their language-learning journey.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans.
• Assist with school activities, events, and promotional initiatives such as open days or workshops.
