Tax Manager

FinAccel is looking for a Tax Manager that will be responsible for all aspects of taxation and statutory reporting and compliance. Ensure processes including recording and recognition of transactions are in accordance with local tax rules and IFRS.

What you'll be doing:

1. To address and solve any tax issue related to finance operation such as merchant daily transaction, new onboarding of merchant, reviewing agreement of merchant related to tax.
2. To review reconciliation of VAT/income taxes and equalization of Tax base/DPP between commercial and fiscal prepared by tax supervisor.
3. To review and approve Monthly Income Tax Payment and Return of article 23/26, 4(2), VAT and 21 (if needed).
4. To review DGT form submitted by Lenders/Foreign Vendors up to creation of E-SKD in DJP Online.
5. To prepare and review Corporate Income Tax return, fiscal reconciliation, monitor Debt to Equity Ratio, Nominative List of Promotion/Receivable Write-off or any tax exposure need to be monitored.
6. To prepare TP Documentation both Local/Master File and file CBCR notification.
7. To handle tax audit by tax office and file to Tax Court (if needed).
8. Supervise and ensure accurate and timely tax payment and tax filing.
9. Review inter-company transactions (WHT, tax treaty, COD, VAT and transfer pricing).
10. Liaise with tax consultant in providing documents and explanations to tax auditor.
11. Liaise and maintain good relationship with tax authorities.
12. Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices.

What we're looking for:

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Tax Consultancy firm as Manager level, with clients in multifinance, bank or other financial institution.
2. Candidate with BKP and or SH will be greatly considered.
3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate level.
4. Has proven records to prepare TP Documentation, International Taxes, Tax Planning for Multinational Group.
5. Candidate with a "can do" and "problem solver" attitude.
6. Candidate has intermediate knowledge related to Indonesian FRS, tax (income taxes, corporate income tax calculation), finance instrument.
7. Fluency in English both spoken and written.
