Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Input data accurately into various taxation systems, including ESPT, DJP Online, Efaktur, and other relevant platforms.
• Vouching and Document Preparation: Assist in vouching and preparing essential documents to support tax compliance and audit processes.
• Reconciliation & Equalization: Organize reconciliation and equalization worksheets for review, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting & Meeting Minutes: Prepare comprehensive reports and minutes of meetings related to taxation and compliance activities.
• Support Superiors: Collaborate with and assist your superiors in various assigned tasks to contribute to the success of the Tax Compliance & Auditteam.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Basic Understanding: Possess a fundamental understanding of tax and accounting principles.
• English Proficiency: Have a good command of the English language to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Initiative: Display a high level of initiative, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of taxation.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking abilities to solve complex problems and support tax compliance activities.
• Responsibility: Be a responsible and reliable individual who can handle confidential information with discretion.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within the team and with clients.
