Tax Audit & Dispute Executive

Siloam Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Audit & Dispute Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing tax audits, handling tax disputes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and refine internal tax policies to ensure full compliance with current tax laws.
2. Stay informed of regulatory changes and interpret their implications on business operations.
3. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on tax exposures and risks to aid management decisions.
4. Offer internal tax advisory support for business transactions and strategic initiatives.
5. Compile and review documentation required for tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.
6. Act as a point of contact with tax authorities, providing clear explanations and follow-ups regarding audit queries.
7. Analyze audit findings and formulate action plans to minimize potential tax liabilities.
8. Maintain thorough and well-structured records of all tax audit processes and correspondence.
9. Manage end-to-end procedures for tax objections, appeals, and dispute resolution in accordance with regulations.
10. Develop solid justifications and supporting materials to strengthen the company’s position in tax disputes.
11. Work closely with internal legal teams or external tax advisors to support the resolution process.
12. Represent the company in discussions or negotiations with tax authorities to achieve favorable resolutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
2. Holding a Brevet AB certification (Brevet C is a plus).
3. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of taxation; prior experience working in a tax consulting firm is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with tax-related software/applications.
5. Strong analytical thinking, technical capabilities, and interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to work full-time on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang.
