Tax & Accounting

Requirement

• SMK/D3/S1 with accounting major (max 30 years old)
• Working experience within 2-3 years in business consulting/tax consulting/public accounting firm; or 3-4 years as accounting staff in a company with exposure to general cashier, AP/AR, income audit, purchasing & receiving, tax, and financial reporting
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, other MS Office applications, and technology literate
• Able to operate accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to prepare complete financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statement of cash flow, etc.) from operational data
• Strong understanding of PSAK & IFRS and Indonesian Tax Law
• Excellent practical knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Good attitude, team player, fast learner, full of initiative, and willing to be developed
• Warm, friendly, and open personality
• Good negotiation skills and team engagement skills
• Deliver reports with scheduled deadlines for multiple clients
• Maintain composure under pressure
• Strength in complying with accounting standards and Indonesian Law, while managing flexibility towards client business situations

What Will You Do

• Comply with company, government, and professional regulations related to accounting
• Perform relevant entries and reviews of subordinate's work
• Manage, reconcile, and analyze all accounting transactions
• Translate legal documents, operational data, and undocumented activities into accurate accounting records
• Analyze data to determine the company's financial health
• Monitor and escalate unusual differences in amount reconciliation and documents, proposing problem-solving alternatives
• Produce financial statements and management reports, delivering them in a timely manner
• Make necessary decisions according to authorized responsibilities, considering options for flexibility in problem-solving
• Communicate effectively internally and with clients
