We are looking for a Talent Acquisitions Freelance to support our hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job positions. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working independently and can efficiently manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Screening:
    1. Identify and source potential candidates through career site, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
    2. Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  2. Candidate Coordination & Communication:
    1. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    2. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  3. Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing:
    1. Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms.
    2. Promote job opportunities via social media and professional networks.
  4. Database & Applicant Tracking:
    1. Maintain and update candidate databases or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
    2. Track recruitment progress and provide reports on hiring metrics.
  5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    1. Work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
    2. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  1. Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, or freelance with a minimum of 3 years.
  2. Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.
  5. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
  6. Good organizational and time-management skills. (Preferred) Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
