Job Purpose

Manage full-cycle recruitment process and coordinate various recruitment initiatives and improvement to attract and acquire talent to fulfill organization's manpower needs with talented and qualified candidates.

Job Descriptions

  • Drive complete end-to-end recruitment process as prescribed in the Recruiting Policy and Procedure with hiring managers and related human resources counterpart, to comply with agreed Service Level Agreements, keeping in mind to keep the process moving forward.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with hiring manager and/or relevant stakeholders in creating and executing recruitment action plan, from clarifying job description, develop sourcing plan, job posting, interview plan to make a successful placement of qualified candidates in the organization.
  • Perform various sourcing methods to attract talent and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs, and analyze effectiveness of each sourcing methods to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance candidate outreach.
  • Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology to assess prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job fitness, organization culture considerations, and other requirements and competencies pertinent to classification and selection.
  • Coordinate and consult with compensation & benefit team in regards with candidate salary information and offer proposal, and communicate the approved offer to the candidate in an appropriate manner to ensure alignment with organizational policies and candidate expectations.
  • Gather and manage all data associated with the recruitment process - e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, due diligence documents, etc. - to ensure adherence and compliance to company's guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality of personal data or other sensitive data.
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding of all information in the Recruitment Technology (SuccessFactors), including information accuracy on each Personnel Requisition assigned and job posting is updated accordingly to maintain system accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure update and completion of external (e.g. Disnaker Report) and internal (e.g user regular update) recruitment reports to ensure accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and actively monitor Employer Branding activities to enhance the organization's reputation and attractiveness as an employer.
  • Establish a close and professional relationship with all stakeholders and other Third Party Vendors, collaborating to ensure smooth deliverance of hiring process.
  • Coordinate or participate in ad-hoc projects and meetings focusing on recruiting process initiatives and improvements or best practices (e.g. Employer Branding, Campus Outreach, etc) to foster innovation and efficiency in recruitment process.
  • Ensure overall good recruiting experience to both hiring managers and candidates. This includes becoming a recruiting subject matter expert and a good ambassador to the company to enhance employer branding reputation and attract top talent.
  • Provide company information to candidates and appropriately "sell" candidates on the value proposition of the Chandra Asri experience, and to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Update on business knowledge, market competition, and recruitment trends to align with company needs.
  • Identify and actively share recruitment best practices to the team and the business, and when necessary provide coaching to junior talent acquisition specialists to implement continuous improvement and skill development within the team.
  • Communicate to hiring managers/teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques to ensure alignment with recruitment standards and enhance the quality of candidate evaluation processes.
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition operational excellence to be in compliance with the company guidelines and regulations; perform necessary action and escalation on identified or potential operational issues to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment operations.
  • Analyze and monitor Workforce Planning and do necessary action and coordinate with HRBP and other related functions for fulfillment to optimize the utilization of human resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from psychology, management, communications, or any relevant major from reputable universities
  • Six (6) years of professional working experience in similar position
  • Has the experience as in-house recruiter from chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing companies is an added value
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well as a part of a team while also effectively work as an individual contributor
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Has the experience in using ATS in recruitment activities (example SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Willing to be placed in Site Office (Cilegon - Banten)
