Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for MPP fulfillment.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Administer psychological assessments for candidates as required.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
• Have 1-2 years working experiences in Corporate Recruiting
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work in fast-paced working environment
• Good with administration task
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
