Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to understand and identify hiring needs
• Responsible for MPP Fulfilment
• Ensuring the recruitment process complies with policies & procedures
• Have the initiative to develop knowledge and skills
• Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary remuneration with final candidates
• Monitor hiring progress and solve related issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably from the banking industry
• Detail & target-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
