Job Responsibilities :

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process across Southeast Asia, from entry to top executive level.
  2. Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  3. Write job descriptions and post to relevant media platforms.
  4. Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  5. Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  6. Perform background and reference checks.
  7. Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  8. Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
  9. Keep track of all applicants and keep applicants informed on the application process.
  10. Forecast recruitment budgets.

Job Requirements :

  1. The candidate must possess a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field (Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent).
  2. Possess a good command of English, both written and verbal.
  3. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  4. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  5. Good interpersonal, interview, and decision-making skills.
  6. Good critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines with good time management skills.
