Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a critical role in the transformation of the current HR department, emphasizing improvement within talent acquisition & organization development initiatives.

Description

• Develop hiring strategies for the company, focusing on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle, emphasizing a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze, design, and optimize the company's organizational structure to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.
• Define, refine, and standardize job roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across departments to improve clarity and accountability.
• Identify high-potential employees and implement structured succession plans for critical roles, ensuring leadership continuity.
• Strengthen performance evaluation frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the company's values.
• Develop clear career pathways to support employee growth and ensure business continuity in key positions.
• Ensure organizational policies and development initiatives comply with labor regulations and reflect industry best practices.

Profile

• An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing recruitment & organization development function.
