  1. Develop hiring strategies for the company, focusing on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle, emphasizing a positive candidate experience.
  3. Analyze, design, and optimize the company's organizational structure to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.
  4. Define, refine, and standardize job roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across departments to improve clarity and accountability.
  5. Identify high-potential employees and implement structured succession plans for critical roles, ensuring leadership continuity.
  6. Strengthen performance evaluation frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the company's values.
  7. Develop clear career pathways to support employee growth and ensure business continuity in key positions.
  8. Ensure organizational policies and development initiatives comply with labor regulations and reflect industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  1. An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing recruitment & organization development function.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skill.
