Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selection.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and role requirements.
• Utilising advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards in recruitment and hiring.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and team management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
• Experience in consulting companies such as the Big 4.
