About the Role
It's said that a company is only as great as the people who embody the organization's mission. As a TABP, you will be an instrumental player in an Indonesia-wide recruitment program that is in charge of finding the best talents to join our family and drive Gojek to greater heights. Collaborating with our leads across the country, you will help define staffing needs and enhance the current recruiting plan. More specifically, you will drive the recruiting strategy for the teams in charge of taking our products to market: Operations, Sales, Analytics among many others. You will have ample opportunity to flex and hone in on your interpersonal communication skills, collaborate with super-intelligent business stakeholders and represent one of the most coveted brands in Indonesia.

About the team
Our Talent Acquisition team is a family of over recruiters stationed in Indonesia, India, and Vietnam. The gist of our role is to be a strategic recruiting partner in acquiring exceptional talent to further scale Gojek. We source and hire world-class technical minds who will build the business by solving everyday problems with technology.
Just as everyone in Game of Thrones vied for the Iron Throne, we vie for the best talents in the world; so, we divide and conquer with our corresponding teams around the region, and join forces with the Employer Branding team to ensure we offer an exceptional interview experience for all of our candidates. Over the years, our team has been instrumental in growing Gojek’s International presence across the region, including the expansion of our GoTroop family (we went from six employees working in a garage in 2009 to over 3,000 international employees today!).
