- Evaluate the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Supervise the Recruiting Team. Has to have a great communication with the team in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas in need of improvement and be a partner for the users to find the right and best talent.
- Keep track of company’s recruitment metrics.
- Build the Network internally and externally in order to create a various and broad talent pool.
- Responsible to build the Employer Branding to attract potential candidates and build pool.
- Forecast and Plan. To anticipate future hiring needs and plan for those needs and to develop a recruitment strategy in advance.
- Accountable for leading the recruiting department and the business at large in all of its recruiting functions.
- Develop sourcing strategy development and execution.
- Develop program design & implementation and recruiting goal development and achievement.
- Managing the recruitment team, make sure all recruitment is based on SLA.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, 3-4 years leading a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to engage with all users and be their business partner.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Experience to create applicant tracking process and use HR databases.
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to put up the best approach of Talent Acquisition Strategy of the business needs.
- Experience (both blue & white collar and also experience for hire senior level and unique position).
- Fluent in English.
