Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the specific skill sets needed for open roles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for employer branding activities
• Stay up to date with trends and innovative recruiting techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the end-to-end recruitment process as a Tech Recruiter or experience in a Startup Company
• Strong analytical thinking and time management skills
• Strong communication and negotiating skills
• Agile and adaptable to dynamic changes
• Target-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to work in a team or individually
• Experience in social media for employer branding activities is a plus
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume/applicant databases

Notes: The position requires full WFO in our head office - Cipondoh, Tangerang.
