System Analyst

The System Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving IT systems for the organization. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing system performance, and recommending solutions that optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis and gather requirements from users to define system specifications.
• Analyze current systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement, and test software solutions to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, stakeholders) to ensure system solutions meet business requirements.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure all functions are working correctly.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and updates.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that systems meet security standards and compliance requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines for system improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on system performance and improvement projects.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, analyzing systems, and identifying improvement areas.
• Experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Familiarity with programming languages and software development tools.
• Experience in database management and working with SQL queries.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud computing, and enterprise systems is an advantage.
