System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
• Understand software limitations and determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation (e.g., FSD), flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts.
• Gather information on system requirements from the User/Client and develop a design proposal/application system based on those needs.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Development Team in producing systems/applications according to User/Client needs.

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Willing to be placed in BANDUNG or JAKARTA
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or any relevant position
• Excellent analytical skills
• Working knowledge of business processes
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical users
• Ability to retrieve all required information of the system requirement from End Users
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in computer science or information technology or any relevant major
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
