Supply & Demand Stock Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and control inventory levels based on sales forecasts and actual demand.
2. Determine safety stock and reorder points to optimize stock availability.
3. Monitor daily cycle counts and conduct monthly stock audits to ensure accuracy.
4. Coordinate with PPIC and warehouse teams to align stock needs.
5. Manage stock allocation across branch warehouses and ensure smooth distribution.
6. Monitor slow-moving and near-expiry stock, implementing strategies to minimize dead stock.
7. Improve warehouse stock planning using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP tools.
8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve demand forecasting.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Business, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, warehouse logistics, or supply chain management.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS, ERP, Odoo, SAP, etc.).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for stock analysis and forecasting.
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
6. Familiarity with FIFO, FEFO, MRP, and demand planning strategies.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Willing to work on night shift.
