Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Create the company’s supply chain strategy
• Plan, direct, and monitor for the best suppliers and vendors to supply goods or any related product/services regarding the company’s needs
• Manage a team of procurement personnel to ensure efficient procurement activities.
• Negotiate and communicate with suppliers and vendors to get the best price and quality from the offered goods/services
• Create PO and verify the specification and price before sending to suppliers
• Manage good relations with all vendors
• Co-work with any related division (Finance-Accounting, Operation, Marketing, Production, etc) for fulfilling the timeline schedule of purchasing goods/services and to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Ensure that any related repeated orders (goods/products/services) deliver on time to the requested department/users
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed, resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Evaluate and report on KPIs
