Job Description

1. Perform all daily operational activities of import/export shipments which includes execution of shipments, follow-up on documentation, permits, invoicing to customers, vendor invoices.
2. Ensure all import/export processes are carried out timely.
3. Prepare sales, shipping, LC negotiation, insurance and other documents in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations.
4. Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, insurance companies and banks.
5. Perform inventory management and delivery planning.

Requirement

1. Possess a minimum of Diploma in Supply Chain.
2. Inexperienced candidates who are keen and possess a strong interest in supply chain management are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).
3. Maximum 3 years of supply chain experience in the shipping or manufacturing industry.
4. Pleasant and mature personality with strong customer service skills.
5. Comfortable to do heavy data entries and documentation.
6. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to handle stakeholders.
7. Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
