These challenges await you:
- You deploy Valeo Supply Chain standards by implementing methods, tools, and protocols internally and with suppliers (scheduling, physical flows, logistics guidelines, etc.).
- You manage new project introduction and engineering changes by validating supply chain specifications at each milestone, proposing optimized solutions, and following up on corrective actions after initial production runs.
- You optimize physical flows by defining the movement of components, semi-finished goods, and finished goods, determining storage locations, and improving logistics area layouts.
- You improve receiving, scheduling, and shipping processes by continuously enhancing methods for receiving, line feeding, and shipping to ensure smooth material flow.
- You lead continuous improvement & cost reduction initiatives by optimizing transportation, labor productivity, packaging standardization, internal flows, information, and scheduling processes.
You inspire us with that:
- You have a bachelor’s/diploma degree.
- You have knowledge about Google Data Studio, Logistic and Warehousing equipment (e.g. AGV, RFID), and Supply Chain Management.
- You have a strong understanding of logistics processes, including scheduling, material flows, transportation, and inventory management.
- You are proficient in supply chain tools and systems (e.g., ERP, MRP, planning software, WMS, TMS).
- You have experience leading continuous improvement projects related to supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize processes and anticipate supply chain risks.
- You have strong communication and leadership skills, enabling you to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
