Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist other store employees with their work.
• Check the products before the opening and closing of the store.
• Responsible for achieving sales and improving the team.
• Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales targets.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major.
• SMK / SMA with retail experience are welcome to apply.
• Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role, in the retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage.
• Willing to work under a shifting schedule including weekends and public holidays (6 days work, 1 day off).
• High energy, possess good customer service skills, and drive in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a team.
• Interested in fashion or lifestyle brands.
