About the role

As the Supervisor Sales Territory Management, you will play a pivotal role in the sales operations of PT Mega Global Food Industry (KOKOLA GROUP), a leading player in the food industry. In this full-time position based in Driyorejo, East Java, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the sales territories within your remit, ensuring efficient and effective sales coverage to drive revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the sales territories within your assigned region, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
  • Develop and implement sales territory plans, with a focus on maximising sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, maintain and develop relationships with business partners to increase sales and market share.
  • Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address any issues or challenges within the territories.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the sales representatives to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Continuously analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy for the company.
  • Develop business plans for the specific territory based on sales data, market share, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage, coordinate and optimise production resources usage and distribution to escalate cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (2+ years) in a sales management or supervisory role within the food industry or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising sales territories to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Thorough understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in using sales and territory management software tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region to support the sales team and visit customers.
