Supervisor – Maintenance (Coil winding operations)

Knowledge of QMS systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.
Knowledge of problem-solving tools, why-why analysis, dashboard creation, skill matrix, and machine calibration system.
Effectively involved in cost reduction activities through maintenance activities.
Proficient in written and verbal English is mandatory.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of spare part sourcing and arranging is an advantage.
Knowledge and work experience in automation and KAIZEN activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve process rejection activities through applying statistical analysis of spare parts and function.
- Create and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance documents and address all findings and actions.
- Maintain QMS audit documents for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits and ensure zero non-conformity.
- Observe and identify operator strengths and weaknesses and implement improvement actions periodically.
- Inspect critical machines periodically to determine problems and necessary actions.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians.
- Create troubleshooting reports with proper statistical analysis to ensure no occurrence of failure.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and maintain sufficient stock cost-effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Lead the maintenance team in an effective, positive, and efficient manner.
- Be familiar with and perform troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic controls, and related parts and functions.
- Arrange spare parts with local and outsourcing based on needs.
- Implement machine improvements through automation and other KAIZEN activities.
- Ensure zero machine breakdown losses and improve OEE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Preferably experience in the assembly process.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
