Supervisor Accounting, Finance & Tax

• Minimum D3 in Finance Accounting from reputable university or overseas with minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor
• Ability to Create & Design Financial Projection, comprehensive Financial Report, Financial Modelling is a must Proficiency in financial reporting standards (PSAK & IFRS), all tax new regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Accurate system, Budgeting System, Other Financial Software.
• Advanced Data Analysis, MS Excel skill, Excellent leadership and team management abilities, analytics, presentation skills & Self-motivated.
• Good command in written and oral English.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise 3 departments eg. Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Creating Financial Projection, Financial Model, Consolidated Financial report in order to monitor & support all business units in the company.
• Direct and coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statement and analysis, financial statements, tax in accordance PSAK, IFRS, or Indonesian New Taxation Laws and Regulations.
• Manage & provide budget activity such as collecting budget from all departments, recording, and analysis including budget revision.
• Organize external audit process, coordinating person in charge from internal organization, also collaborate with external parties to ensure all financial record & report included in audit process accurate, appropriated and timely finished.

Other tasks, reports and financial analysis as assigned to give appropriate recommendations in decision-making.
