PT. Natarang Mining is an emerging gold mining company in Lampung, now entering the construction phase. We are committed to building world-class mining facilities and infrastructure. We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent Project Development (Construction) to lead our key construction initiatives, including earthwork operations and the development of mining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of construction activities, including project design, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Spearhead construction initiatives for critical projects, such as earthwork operations and mining facility development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.
• Oversee construction engineering processes, managing timelines and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
• Implement robust risk management practices to address safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a strong strategic foundation.
• Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project development and construction management, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, including earthworks and mining facilities.
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Possess exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
