We’re a fast-growing 3D visualization and design studio looking for a Studio Manager to take charge of operations, optimize our workflow, and help us deliver high-quality projects on time, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Studio Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the team. You’ll monitor progress across projects, assign tasks, support staff, coordinate with Sales and Client Liaison teams, and work closely with HR to ensure things run smoothly, efficiently, and error-free.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations
   Assign daily tasks and manage resource allocation across the team.
   Log and organize client revision notes and files.
   Monitor project progress on an hourly basis to catch and resolve issues early.
   Collaborate with Client Liaison to resolve delays or delivery problems.
   Support staff with troubleshooting issues—technical, scheduling, or resourcing.
   Review deliverables with the Quality Control Specialist before client submission.
2. Pre-Project Setup
   Ensure all required data is received within 3 days of project setup.
   Schedule deadlines in Monday.com based on standard delivery timelines.
3. Monthly Tasks
   Track team performance (speed, accuracy, growth, work ethic) and report to HR.
   Compile time-tracking and project logs into monthly reports.
   Maintain error and revision tracking logs, flag repeated issues.
   Work with HR to handle staff performance concerns or disciplinary matters.
   Act as a reality-check when Sales timelines are unrealistic.
   Coordinate with Client Liaison to keep the Client Preferences list updated and enforced.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a studio/agency/production management role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Confident using project management tools (especially Monday.com or similar).
Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a creative, architectural, or 3D design environment.
