Structural Lead Engineer

ROLE PURPOSE

1. Lead and manage structural engineering deliverables on projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Oversee the design and analysis of structural mooring components of various SBM products (FPSO, terminals, Turret, Renewable or Life extension activities), ensuring they can withstand complex loading and extreme environmental conditions such as waves, wind, and corrosive environments.
3. Work closely with project stakeholders and other engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet project or department needs.
4. Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.
5. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance.
