Job Description

1. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Lead the design and development of formwork systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, addressing complex design and construction challenges.
5. Meet with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with other departments.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of Structural Engineering experience in the Construction industry, preferably with experience in the formwork industry.
3. Familiar with construction software programs such as AutoCAD Software and 3D Modelling.
4. Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, and health and safety standards.
5. Good communication skills, growth-minded, professional, and self-motivating.
6. Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural environment.
