Responsible for the structural design of related products to ensure their safety, reliability, and efficiency;
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure the project is completed on time and meets expected goals;
Analyze the design data of the product, develop corresponding manufacturing processes, and optimize the processes;
Guide and supervise technical workers in the product manufacturing process to ensure product quality and production efficiency;
Participate in product design review and evaluation and provide improvement suggestions.
Follow up on the progress of product development and trial production processes;
Produce samples and conduct testing according to customer and new product requirements;
Develop a testing plan, BOM, and determine product specifications;
Resolve engineering and technical issues that arise during trial production and production of products;
Participate in project requirement analysis, discussion and provide technical support;
Assist superiors in completing project plans and summarizing and reviewing project results;
Research the existing electronic control system and propose improvement plans;
Responsible for the development and follow-up of new products;
Responsible for following up and handling various issues related to the old products;
Responsible for the production, testing, and modification of samples;
Responsible for handling issues related to product trial production and mass production, as well as following up on product design progress;
Responsible for the preparation and modification of temporary product lists and parts lists.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, engineering, electronics, electromechanical engineering, etc.
More than 2 years of work experience in the small household appliance industry, such as humidifiers, air purifiers, groomers, and trimmers, with extensive experience in product design;
Familiar with commonly used structural design software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks/pro, etc;
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, and coordination skills.
Have a solid foundation in electronic disciplines such as C/C++, analog circuits, digital circuits, and circuit analysis;
Familiar with microcontroller cores and hardware frameworks, proficient in STM32 series microcontrollers and ARM architecture chip programming;
Be capable of designing and developing hardware, including completing schematics and PCB designs.
