Strategy Trainer

Int Labs is an innovation consulting and training company with clients across Asia Pacific. We run training programmes on the topics of Strategy and Innovation for high potential talents and global clients in financial services, technology, consumer goods, and sustainability industries.

We also support the same organisations with new venture development and corporate transformation initiatives.

Int Labs is currently looking for a Strategy Trainer to join our team in Jakarta to support us in developing strategy and innovation training programmes.

Job Description

As a Strategy Trainer, you will be responsible for the following items:

1. Developing customised learning materials and programmes with our peers and clients
2. Managing learning and development projects that includes coaching and workshop facilitation
3. Working closely with clients to roll out developed tools and facilitating workshops to drive learning outcomes for our clients
4. Engaging directly with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs for the purpose of programme development
5. Delivering strategy learning programmes and facilitating workshops for our clients including coaching and mentoring activities
6. Client management
7. Managing relationships with our key clients in the Southeast Asia region
8. Developing thought leadership in the space of strategy and innovation
9. Team leading
10. Managing and developing a team of consultants and program designers
11. Driving sales and account management activities based on target set by the company
12. Supporting any sales activities including framework development and proposal creation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Management or related fields
2. 5+ years experience in business strategy OR innovation roles
3. 5+ years experience with workshop facilitation and delivery, or coaching and mentoring experience (coaching certifications is a huge plus)
4. Strong command of business strategy and innovation framework
5. Excellent problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to leverage relevant framework and critical thinking principles
6. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience managing C-suite stakeholders
7. Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (professional verbal and writing capabilities in both languages required)
8. Experience working with global clients
9. Willing to work onsite in the Jakarta area and attend in-person client meetings as needed

The candidate will start as a Strategy Trainer, with a pathway towards becoming a Director in the company.
